Terms of Use

Last updated 22 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Alexarix Limited (“we”, “us”), incorporated in Hong Kong SAR. By buying or using a DimeRoam plan you accept them.

1. What you are buying

A prepaid mobile data plan delivered as an eSIM profile. It carries data only: no phone number, no calls, no SMS. Your existing SIM keeps your number. We are a reseller of connectivity provided by eSIM Access (Red Tea Mobile) and its local network partners; we are not a licensed telecommunications carrier.

2. One-off purchases

Every plan is a single purchase for a fixed amount of data over a fixed period. Nothing renews automatically. You are never charged again unless you buy again. We do not operate subscriptions, trials that convert, or stored-value accounts.

3. Eligibility and your device

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and able to enter a contract. You need an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked iPhone running iOS 17.4 or later. Check this before buying: a carrier-locked phone cannot install the profile, and that is not a defect in the plan.

4. When a plan starts and ends

Unless the plan states otherwise, it starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in a covered country and runs for the number of days shown at purchase. Unused data does not carry over. A plan ends when its data or its days run out, whichever comes first. An issued but never installed profile expires after the shelf life shown in the app.

5. Installing and deleting

An eSIM profile can be installed once. If you delete it from iOS Settings it cannot be reinstalled and any remaining data is lost. This is a limitation of the eSIM standard, not a policy we chose. Do not delete a profile you still intend to use.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any tax we are required to collect. Payment is taken by Stripe when you confirm, by card or Apple Pay. We issue the eSIM only after Stripe confirms the payment succeeded. If your bank converts the charge to another currency, the rate and any fee are theirs, not ours.

7. Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In short: an uninstalled, unused plan is fully refundable on request; a plan that does not work because of a fault on our side or our supplier's is refunded whether or not it was installed.

8. Coverage, speed and fair use

Coverage comes from the local operators listed on each plan and is subject to their networks. Speeds vary with local conditions and are not guaranteed. Some plans reduce speed after a daily allowance; where they do, the plan says so before you buy. Plans are sold for personal use while travelling.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to break the law in the country you are in, to send bulk unsolicited messages, to run a permanent connection for machines or premises, to resell the connectivity, or to interfere with the network. We may suspend a profile being used this way; where a suspension turns out to be our mistake, we restore it and refund any lost days.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, upstream outages and events beyond our reasonable control can interrupt purchase or activation.

11. Liability

We are responsible for delivering a working eSIM plan as described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from being offline — missed bookings, missed flights, lost business — and our total liability for any plan is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Consumers keep all rights granted by the mandatory law of their country of residence.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken or where required by law. You can stop using the service at any time; unused, uninstalled plans can be refunded under the Refund Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for legal or operational reasons. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published when you made it. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and disputes go to its courts — except where you are a consumer resident elsewhere and the mandatory law of your country gives you the right to your local courts and protections, which we do not seek to remove. Talk to us first: most things are solved in one email to support@alexarix.com.

15. Apple

Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no obligation to support the app. Plans are sold by us, not through Apple's in-app purchase, because a mobile data plan is a service consumed outside the app.
