Your California privacy rights

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for residents of California under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.
We do not sell or share your personal information — not for money, and not for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months, including for anyone under 16. There is no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link because there is nothing to opt out of.

Your rights
- Know what we collect, use and disclose about you, and get a copy.
- Delete the personal information we hold, subject to our legal duty to keep transaction records.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information — we collect none, so there is nothing to limit.
- Non-discrimination: exercising these rights never changes the price or quality of the service. We offer no financial incentives for data.
How to exercise them
Email privacy@alexarix.com from the device you used, or include the ICCID of one of your eSIMs. Because we hold no account, that identifier is how we verify a request; we cannot act on a request we cannot tie to records. An authorised agent may act for you with written proof. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by a further 45 with notice.
